The INRS HRIS to eCMS integration is designed to allow data to flow between an HRIS system and eCMS.
This eliminates duplicate entry and data differences between your HRIS and eCMS. The integration is designed to allow an employee to be set up in the HRIS system, pushed to eCMS, and payroll checks processed without the need to set up employee records, including benefits and deductions, again in eCMS.
